A Mexican-style lager. Light body, clean finish. A slight kiss of lime flavor from Motueka hops and zest of fresh limes. Extremely approachable. If you haven't fully crossed over to the craft beer scene, this is the beer for you.
An American style stout brewed with Jarrylo hops, cacao nibs and fresh bananas. A hint of caramel from a heavier dose of crystal malts, and a sweet chocolatey flavor from organic cacao nibs. Jarrylo hops complement with their own flavors of banana, pear and orange. Over 30lbs of fair traded Costa Rica bananas create an enjoyable dessert-like beverage.
This Amarillo IPA is another from our single hop series. A light malt profile from base and Vienna malts, with flaked oats for body and mouthfeel. Flavor notes include floral and grapefruit, but Amarillo hops are most known for their strong, sweet orange and tangerine flavors.
This American IPA, another in our single hop series, uses generous amounts of Cascade hops. Pine, citrus and floral notes are balanced with base and pale ale malts. Clean and smooth bitterness.
This is a pale, farmhouse-style ale made with a Belgian-style yeast which provides subtle notes of fruit, pepper and spice as a saison yeast will do. Light and refreshing, we also added two dozen fresh organic english cucumbers for a slight cucumber-y taste.
A creamy, oatmeal stout with organic celyon cinnamon. Fuggle hops provide earthy tones, while flaked oats and victory malt provide mouth feel and texture.
A classic American west coast style IPA single hopped with Galaxy.
An American blonde ale with fresh strawberries
Small batch. Once it's gone, it's gone.
